But let's go in order. It’s now more than a year that fitness and everything that revolves around it has undergone a profound transformation, teaching us that "with little", as long as there is consistency, you can keep yourself fit.
First shared on YouTube in 2019, this workout only needs two elements to be done: a treadmill and a stopwatch. The whole workout is based on the three numbers from which it inherited the name. So: 12% incline for the treadmill, a speed of three miles per hour (4.8 km/h) and walking for 30 minutes.
A workout that can also be done on a daily basis, perhaps while watching the latest TV series or listening to motivational songs capable of reminding us that summer is just around the corner. Obviously, however, a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet can’t be ignored. With commitment and perseverance, the results will be enviable.
